Principal Engineer

Michael Rangel, P.E. is a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas and Oklahoma and ACTAR accredited Accident Reconstructionist.  Mr. Rangel has 30 years of experience investigating and analyzing vehicle collisions and other types of dynamic events.  He has managed the completion of over 7,500 cases involving complex collision scenarios. His experience is diverse and encompasses cases involving 18-wheeler, passenger vehicle, pickup truck, SUV, motorcycle, ATV, watercraft, bicycle and pedestrian related collisions.  He has extensive experience working through complex multi-vehicle and high-speed collision events including those involving vehicle rollover and occupant ejection.  Mr. Rangel has provided deposition and trial testimony in both state and federal courts.

Marcelino Beltran, BSME

Marcelino Beltran has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University Kingsville.  He has experience in the investigation and analysis of vehicle collisions.  He has conducted vehicle and site inspections, digital mapping of collision sites, vehicle scanning, drone aerial photography and imaging of passenger vehicle and heavy truck Event Data Recorders (EDR).  He has experience utilizing computer simulations to determine collision severity and direction of forces.  He prepares professional reports and presents expert witness testimony.  Mr. Beltran is a licensed drone pilot.
