Principal Engineer

Michael Rangel, P.E. is a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas and Oklahoma and ACTAR accredited Accident Reconstructionist.  Mr. Rangel has 30 years of experience investigating and analyzing vehicle collisions and other types of dynamic events.  He has managed the completion of over 7,500 cases involving complex collision scenarios. His experience is diverse and encompasses cases involving 18-wheeler, passenger vehicle, pickup truck, SUV, motorcycle, ATV, watercraft, bicycle and pedestrian related collisions.  He has extensive experience working through complex multi-vehicle and high-speed collision events including those involving vehicle rollover and occupant ejection.  Mr. Rangel has provided deposition and trial testimony in both state and federal courts.

Efrain Navarro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is an ACTAR accredited Accident Reconstructionist.  He has experience in providing investigation and analysis of passenger vehicle, commercial trucking and motorcycle collisions.  He has conducted vehicle and site inspections, digital mapping of collision sites, vehicle scanning, drone aerial photography and imaging of passenger vehicle and heavy truck Event Data Recorders (EDR).  He has experience utilizing mathematical models and preparing computer simulations to model vehicular collisions.  He prepares professional reports and presents expert witness testimony.  Mr. Navarro is a licensed drone pilot.

Paulina Munoz Santos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  She has experience in providing biomechanical analysis to demonstrate occupant kinematics in vehicle collisions.  She has conducted vehicle and site inspections, digital mapping of collision sites, vehicle scanning, drone aerial photography and imaging of passenger vehicle and heavy truck Event Data Recorders (EDR).  She has experience utilizing computer simulations to determine collision severity and direction of forces.  She prepares professional reports and presents expert witness testimony.  Ms. Munoz Santos is a licensed drone pilot.

Cameron Cantu

Engineering Technician

Cameron Cantu is a graduate from the Northeast Lakeview Community College in Universal City, Texas.  He has conducted vehicle and site inspections, digital mapping of collision sites, 3D scanning of vehicles, drone aerial photography and imaging of passenger vehicle and heavy truck Event Data Recorders (EDR’s).  He prepares 2D and 3D digital diagramming and modeling.  Mr. Cantu is a licensed drone pilot.
